Tour Operations Manager
Full-Time • Fully Remote • New England Based • Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST
ABOUT THE ROLE
Once a tour is sold, it's handed off to you. You'll contract all vendors: hotels, restaurants, attractions, and tour guides, drawing from our database of preferred suppliers. You'll then manage every step of final coordination to ensure each custom-designed tour is delivered seamlessly, guided by ready-made checklists for both booking and execution.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to multitask across multiple tours simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Based in New England, or at minimum on East Coast hours
- Full-time, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm EST, fully remote
- Background in hospitality or client services is a plus, but not required
Industry experience is welcome but not necessary, we're happy to train the right person.
